Very unprofessional. This company accepted a job - purchased through Amazon Home Services - to install a pool table at my home and then simply did not show up. I attempted to call the company and go no answers. I contact Amazon customer service who informed me that the company had "declined" to accept the job the same day as the installation. This was done without so much as a call from the company (not that it would have it much better). I would absolutely NOT recommend using this company.
I purchased an Assault Bike from Amazon and decided to use their installation services in which they procure the services of a 3rd party - in this case Handyman Installers. I initially tried to change my installation date to an earlier date since my package arrived earlier but they could not accommodate, so I stuck with the original date.
