The previous negative reviews about this business is true. I hired him to do some work around the house which was supposed to be a 3 day project. Come day 11 not even half the job was completed and I told him not to return.Would often show up late or not show up at all. You'd be lucky if you get 5 hours of work out of him in a day. If I could give Maurizio aka moshe aka whatever his name is negative stars i would. He basically screwed my dad and I, this guy is not a contractor, he is a flat out fraud. After horrible work and being about 30% done the job, this guy had the nerve to ask for the rest of the money. After he was told no chance. One of the worst contractors i have ever seen. Very unskilled.
Beware! This guy is a *******. He called me many many times & visited the jobsite a couple times. I never got a written quote after a week of dealing with him. I pressed him for a number & He went off making racial slurs and then had the nerve to write the City saying I had done un-permitted work on my property. Run, don't walk away from this sick & twisted individual.

It is unfortunate that people like you exist in this world. Come from California To South Florida after telling me he's used to hiring unlicensed undocumented Mexican migrants to do construction work because it's cheaper. Unlicensed Unpermitted construction is illegal in the United States especially in Florida. I'm not a big review writer but this needs to be said. Buyer beware, payed the contractor half up front and got maybe 25% of the work completed before he had to go to the hospital for heat injuries. Contractor was adamant about not working in middle of the day due to the severity of the heat in south Florida which I was fine with.
