I have dealt with many of the Service people up here and Brandon stands out above them. Brandon is very educated on Heating and cooling. He Sees things that other texts have overlooked and fix them the right way my family feels much safer knowing it’s done right he is definitely my go to guy every time. Called Brandon after trying to get two other companies to come out and he told me he would try to come out as soon as he could fit me into his schedule. He showed up within 48 hours on a holiday weekend. He was very polite and professional. He took care of my problem and found a couple other problems after taking pictures and showing me I was happy with his work and professionalism and would recommend him to anyone. He’s definitely going to be the one to work on my furnace from now on . His price was also very fair.

Our AC quit on us so the search for someone to come take a look began. Brandon responded first and pretty much immediately...so he was "it"...couldn't have gotten a better luck of the draw. He communicated throughout the day with his timeline and expected eta. He was true to his word and didn't reschedule as his day got late...he showed up and went above and beyond to get our old dinosaur going again! We could not be more pleased with the service and attention We got from Heater Man Brandon. We found our selves arriving at our cabin with no heat. Our only source of heat was the gas fireplace. And it was not working. Upon calling Brandon he was here that evening. Parts were needed. Brandon went searching Saturday morning trying to find the part. At no luck, it had to be ordered. On a scale of 1to5 stars Handyman is worth 20. Fixed all of my heating issues that other professionals didn't even notice. As stated in all of his reviews, Brandon went above and beyond what he had to do and for us as well. A true "Jack of all trades".
