Mark abandoned us mid project and hasn't responded in weeks. Replaced our stove exhaust fan, but failed to plan for the correct liner replacement. I called them based on their stellar reviews. They seemed really professional when they came out for an estimate to paint and install a new storm door. But when it came time to do the job, a different person than the estimator came and he had no idea what he was doing. A 3.5 -4 hour job ended up taking 7. He got paint on the ceiling and didn’t patch all the marks we asked him to. He couldn’t get the door handle on so we didn’t have a functioning door.
