I called James to do a repair on a building I help do property management on. We needed a window track/slide repaired in a small office that almost everyone else didn't necessarily want to come and repair due to it being so small. James was eager to get this fixed after my initial call to him and got it done in no time. Even took the time to find the broken plastic piece needed to repair in order to get the job done. I needed work done after snow storm in December. I needed fences fixed, roof work, ramp built and other things. James was very good at what he does. He is also conscientious, professional and a very nice person. I would recommend him happily
