I was a loyal customer of Home Hardware...until today. Specific to this location. I received a Chainsaw for Christmas. It was too big for my needs. Unfortunately since it was a gift I do not have access to the receipt, and caller down to explains this situation. They said they would give me a store credit and to come on in with it. Staff are always so helpful and friendly you never have to look for them...like at some.other hardware atores !
Half of the in-store staff are great. The other half are apathetic and slow. The one blond "bro" in the paint section that likes to wear his hat backwards is particularly useless. Asked him for where the caulk remover was and he pointed me to a couple of aisles. I told him I couldn't find it. He replied "huh", and them looked back at his computer. Pretty pathetic.
Excellent service and customer service was awesome.
