I called Mr. Young Choi from Handyman Hero Inc. to take a look at the water leak in my house on 08/23/2017. He came and told me that for to investigate he would charge me $200. But after negotiation he agreed to take a look for $150. He opened up my kitchen ceiling (about 3 feet X3 feet) by cutting drywall and showed me that there was water pipe leak.
