I had John do a repair on my back deck. Our upper deck needed to be replaced. I called John after a couple of major contractors; and agreed on the price. We went through multiple changes in the process, with little or no change to the price according to our wants. The new deck is built so much above standard that it may out live the house. His communication regarding progress and weather is second to none. You will be happy with him. Just look at the deck beams and you will see. He is setting a standard.
We have had several things done by this Handi man including a handicap ramp and threshold ramp and railing. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a handi man. We thank you for all you have done for us. Will definitely call soon.
Jon did several projects for me on my home that was built in 1963. He replaced a small deck with steps attached, took down a wall that surrounded a staircase to open the center of the home and a full bathroom renovation. Jon is so professional to work with, he is meticulous, and a great communicator. Jon is awesome! He’s installed two overhead storage units in my garage that can hold up to 600 pounds each, all the knobs on my kitchen and bathroom cupboards, a great all-weather storage shed in the backyard, and a storm/screen door in the main entrance. When the lock got stuck recently he dropped by and fixed it in the blink of an eye. He’s one of the best of the best. Of the best! 👍🏼👍🏼
01/13/25 I've had Jon do several different jobs over the last two years. The most recent was a pretty extensive remodel of my basement which included taking out walls, putting in new walls, faux painting and two different types of flooring including luxury vinyl plank and tile. He did an excellent job. The quality of the work is top notch, plus he communicates, follows through on what he says he will do, works efficiently and even cleans up very thoroughly.
