I had the worst experience ever with Handyman Ormoc. On December 30th, I went there to buy treats for my doggies for New Year's Eve. I paid using Gcash, and on my end, it says that the payment went through. However, according to the cashier, they did not receive any payment (which I find normal because I also experienced the same issue with other stores, such as 7/11, when paying with Gcash).
