I called Tokarev Building Services to install a motion sensor light. He quoted me a competitive price and scheduled the installation for 4 pm the following day. He showed up on time with all necessary tools. He was nice and polite and immediately went to work. He quickly installed the light and tested it. His work was high quality, and he is a reliable and safe person to have on or in your property. I won’t hesitate to use Tokarev Building Services again and I give them my highest recommendation. Dmitry and his team member, Danil, did a fabulous job with the demolition and repair of our apartment following a water heater leak. They did a ton of excellent work, including tile installation on the entire first floor. The work was extremely high quality. I just want to give a huge shoutout to the team for the amazing job they did on our bathroom renovation! Everything was top-notch — these guys are true professionals.
