Suddenly finding myself in need of someone to clean and seal the 20+ year old grout throughout my condo in just a 3-day holiday weekend. I found Tokarev Building Services online, read positive reviews and contacted owner Dmytro Thursday night. He met me on Friday morning, gave me a fair price, and I returned on Tuesday to beautifully clean grout that didn’t absorb water. Promises kept!
