I contacted this business in July because I needed someone to repair a rotten window frame that had been leaking. They came promptly and were super friendly, but they didn't actually fix anything. They decided that I need a new window (it's an older house, so that was fine), but it would take 6-8 weeks to come in. Also, fine. I paid about $500 for a deposit.
