I have a first floor window that has a leak. I contacted this company in February of 2023 and was told that the gentleman that would be arriving is an “expert” at finding and tracing leaks. The outside stucco was determined to have a crack. The man said he would spray KILZ on Sheetrock after he had to go to home depot to get a nozzle. He then returned, sprayed KILZ and put caulking in crack. I painted the inside window ledge. Second time the window leaked again. They came out April 7th to quote for a retaining wall and I haven’t heard from them since. Took time off from work for no reason. Don’t waste your time. They’ve had 9 days to reach out or provide a quote and nothing.
Outstanding customer service and communication from start to finish. Project completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend Handyman Connections and will be our company for any future home issues.
