Had a Hole for Months The craftsmanship was decent, but the hole they cut to diagnose an issue took them 2 months to come back and fix. Awful experience. Beware
Great service! I am a small business owner in Lexington, and needed a few things done around the shop. I called Handyman Connection and they had someone out in a few hours. The repairs were done quickly without any disturbance to my business or customers, and the work was done for less than the estimate. I have used them twice since then. Highly recommend!
Don't bother with this company!! I had a service man come to my place of business to rework an outlet. He acted like it was the worst job he'd ever been on, he kept complaining. He rescheduled the job for the next dayfor someone more qualified, so he said. The next day, no one ever showed up, I called and left a message and it has since been 3 days and I have still heard nothing from this company. Do not waste your money We decided to use this company after seeing advertisements on TV. We needed many little things done--replacement of taps etc. but nothing major. On the scheduled day, the workman hadn't turned up by 10:30 and when i called they contacted hime and he said he couldn't make it. No call to inform us, and i'd already taken off work. The next day he finally arrived at 12:30 and worked until 4:30. He didn't finish and returned to work the next day at 12 and left at 2:30. It cost $1000 for 6.5 hours. Not only... read more
Handyman Connection is spectacular! They came to paint the exterior of my house. When they answered the phone, they were very friendly. When I made the appointment, they came at the agreed-upon day and time and were on time. They finished the job in a timely manner and I am very happy with the results. I will call them again for other things I need to get done around the house.
Handyman Connection is the absolute best! "The gentlemen who came in to check the roof told me the patio needed a new roofer. The time before that they put in a new doorway in the sun-room. I have a door going to the patio, but I wanted a door in the opposite side because that??s where the water fossit is. They put in a new doorway and a door. Lack professionalism Workers took nearly twice as long to complete project. Only worked 3-4 hours per day. There were also problems with respectfulness of us and of our property. Finished product good.
Handyman Connetion I called for an estimate for a few kitchen cabinets that were in need of repair. His quote was very high, so I asked him how he could do this and make money with those high prices? It's seems that a lot of the men doing this work were retired, but used to be professionals in those trades. I didn't use them, I don't think I would recommend them only because of the prices.
Very Handy We've used the Handyman twice: once to install ceramic tile in our kitchen and once to replace a drop ceiling and install new lighting in our basement. We were pleased with both services. The "Handymen" worked up a reasonable estimate before beginning their work. Once we agreed to the cost, service dates were scheduled and the work completed. I'm sure we'll use them again.
