We hired Handyman Connection to install a toilet and replace a tub drain. The person they sent was quite affable and did a great job on the toilet. Unfortunately, there was a small misstep with the tub drain, which lead to a large leak. We had to have an emergency plumber come out that evening, and then come back later to repair the mistake. Called last week to inquire about doing some work at my house this week. The woman who took my call offered to have the handyman bring tools and start work on the same day as the estimate if I agreed. I said "Sure." Handyman shows up, provides estimate, does not offer to perform any work and we decide he can do it two days later and that I'd get a call the following day to schedule it. The call never comes.
