I hired the company to finish drywall and set tile in a very small bathroom with shower. The first tile installer showed up for two days and never returned again. The second tile installer tore out the first person's work stating it was done terribly. The second installer and his assistant also did a horrible job. The tile work is a mess. The grout was not put in properly and was left all over the tiles. The dry wall was not finished; there were numerous rough areas and areas that were not even touched. We sent a gentleman named Shane to do the first time install for them. Shane normally gets tons of great reviews and is called out in name on many of our reviews for his tile work. This client called us and did not like what the tile looked like after the first day of the tile being installed, the first day was putting in the green board and other preparation work. Outstanding! The Handyman Connection of Blue Ash offers an outstanding Team of professionals to get a renovation job completed affordably AND on time. We needed a lower level renovation of two rooms. Floors, trim and doors all needed to be renovated. Our salesman worked closely with us to achieve a complete look for both rooms with uniform floors. He was not high pressure to add on services.
