WAY OVERPRICED!!!! Originally had called for free estimate. Scheduled appointment never showed or called. I called back several days later for another appointment. Guy came out and quoted $2000. At this point I had already received three other estimates from other businesses at $300-350. I informed the "craftsman" that others were quoting me something much less, yet he continued to try and talk me into using handyman connection. Wasted my time and his. Needless to say I went with another company.

The customer service is extremely poor. We called and asked for an estimate on some work. They scheduled us for a Saturday morning from 9 to 11. The day before they called and rescheduled our appointment from 8 to 10. They claimed so they could accommodate another customer afterwards. The contractor never showed. We called and emailed and left messages and didn't hear anything until 4:30 in the afternoon from the contractor who wanted to come out the following day! I told him no way.

Call HC for an estimate to put on vinyl siding. They came out and looked at the job.I showed him what I wanted done and that all of the material required to finish the job was on hand. Gave me an estimate of $1475.00 to do a job that would take appx 6 hrs. This is 3x what a professional vinyl siding contractor ask. The pro explained to me that although the job was not even worth the $500 he would not do it for less since he had other larger jobs to do.
