I rarely post negative reviews and my experience with Handyman Connection has been less than satisfactory without any proposed solution.
I put in a request several weeks ago, got an immediate "auto-reply". I sent all the details of my job request and have never hear back, despite repeated emails and phone messages. Avoid these clowns!!
Clearly they have some customer service issues. Ask for a quote 2 weeks ago. I followed up a week later to find out that there internet was down. This was also affecting their phone service. Was then told they could have somebody come out the next day or next week. I'm guessing their internet must still be down, as I still waiting on a follow-up for an appointment. Horrible horrible horrible stay away having to go to small claims court. Honestly they are the worst. And there warranty they do not stand by stay away
