We sent an email looking for a quote on a few tasks we needed doing. They promptly responded with an expectation when we would hear back about someone coming over. Exchanged a few text messages - they weren't going to be available for a week or so, no problem. And then... nothing. I texted them back a couple of times, emailed, and called the office. This company is wonderful, from the front staff to Shaqir, who was the gentleman who replaced my toilet. Not only did he go pick up the new toilet and parts for me, but he also replaced my tub faucet, so my shower works properly! I can't say enough, from the time I called the office to Shaqir coming, was less than 24 hours! Shaqir was an absolute gentleman, friendly, efficient, and very tidy. Will definitely be calling them again for any future repairs!
