BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Handyman Connection intentionally ripped me off. They started out at a ridiculous amount per hour for a Handyman Service - then almost doubled the hourly rate when they found out I schedule a concrete truck, so it was critical their Handyman was on-site on a specific date. One of the only businesses in the area that could handle our request. We had somewhat an odd job: We needed to redesign the existing exterior door and add windows to it. It was an old door with some damages to the center of the door due to sunlight and water damage so we wanted to remove the damaged area and replace it with a window to preserve the actual door since it is one of a kind doors and it has been with the property since my father bought it so it has somewhat a sentimental value for me. The individual never showed up. When I called the office I got the old “I was just going to call you” line. I was told the service person never confirmed his availability. When I asked why I received a confirmation/reminder email the evening before and wasn’t contacted ahead of time about the potential no show, she said, “yes, that should have been done”. Had a somewhat odd job; a small gate attached to a concrete wall had been dislodged. I had a tough time figuring out who to call. The job was really too small for a fence/gate company, but I had serious concerns that a general handyman could correctly re-mount the gate. Handyman Connection doesn't just send out the next available person. They pair you with someone who knows the job. Handyman crew was very professional, punctual and very qualified. Job was flawless and customer service pre, during and post work is excellent. We have been using handyman for doing some tiles wor accent wall. Kevin was excellent and very meticulous. We highly recommend using Kevin if anyone needs tiles work. Christian, the owner, provides excellent customer service to make sure the work is completed on time and budget and list out all the risks and details and suggestion before the work is started. What can I say other than I LOVE MY NEW BATHROOM thanks to Handyman Connection !!!!!! I have been wanting to re-do my bathroom for sometime and came across one of Handyman Connections ads in the Yellow pages along with a coupon. They arrived the next morning to give me a free estimate which I went with and had my bathroom remodeled. It came out great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
