Carl might be a brilliant handyman, but unless there's a misunderstanding or technical error, his customer service skills and responsiveness are lacking. My mother reached out by phone and text message seeking his services and the only response she got was a thumbs up to her message. She messaged again a few days later asking if he might be available for the job and there was still no response days later.
