The person I spoke with seemed nice. He asked me to do something, which I did right away. After that, I was completely ignored—no reply, no follow-up, nothing. If this company wasn’t interested in the home repairs I needed, the least thar could have done was show some courtesy and let me know. Ignoring customers show a lack pf professionalism.
