Hired their service to fix our fence after it fell during the wind storm. They failed to sink the posts more than 12in into the ground (citing it was too hard to go deeper). When informed my post were still loose, they have continuously (2 months) pushed off coming out to fix their poor work. I haven’t felt valued as a customer and they have very little pride in the caliber of their work.
When you find handyman that does an excellent job, is bonded and insured, and is trustworthy, you share that with others. Curtis is that handyman. Make a list of those annoying fixit projects and then call Curtis. He just refurbished a sentimental outdoor chair that is stronger and more weather proof now. He’s the go-to guy for your projects.
