Im writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided. Brent Earl demonstrated poor customer service skills, lack of knowledge for the job, consistently arriving late and rescheduling the job for later times. Additionally, I did not feel safe in his presence, despite having paid him in full. Unfortunately, the job was only partially completed, and we had to terminate his services due to his unprofessional behavior. My family and I will not be utilizing his services again.
