Since he decided to respond I'll edit. He said he would be there at 9 and showed up 20 minutes late. I understood the job was very small and probably beneath him and apologized in original email for even asking for his help. When he got there he said I had done everything wrong and "just needed to redo it and actually follow directions" he said he didn't have the time to help but if I still needed help to email him back. Kevin went out of his way to pick up the screen door since I couldn't get it in my car. Excellent quality of work, very neat, responsive and super easy to work with. I'll be using his services again. Mary
Kevin was fantastic! He was able to help me same day and did great work. Although the project was small he was patient in the hiccups that arose and did the work with great quality. He took his time measuring each part and making sure I was happy. I'm saving to have my bathroom redone (which I briefly spoke to him about) and will definitely use him for that in the future. I'd highly recommend.
Excellent work, my new floors are beautiful.
