He doesn’t answer his phone, and his mailbox is full. His website is out of order. Big FAIL. That’s my experience today. I need a job done. If communication is a problem, doing business is a problem.

Called this business 3 times, even sent pictures of the project needed to be done as instructed on their voice mail. After over a week, no call back, even to just say they can't do the project. Very unprofessional. This business has lost a lot of business as we have other projects that are needed, and would have had them quote if the project I called about was done well.
