Douglas came late last night before the 4th holiday to the campground to fix a water leak. Valves popped off and water was going everywhere. He replaced them and put a shut off to the shower until we could get replacement knobs. Great job.
Douglas showed up on schedule, charged a Fair price and did the job right. Not like some other local shops who wanted three times as much.
We have tried multiple times over three days to get a call back. We were even referred by a dealer on Richmond to call them. At least show the courtesy of calling back to say I’m not interested in your problem at this time.
Doug was very professional, down to earth, and personable. He did a great job replacing the whole roof on the camper. He went out of his way to do some extras. This was so appreciated being new to camper life. He explained things we didn't know and said to call if we had other questions. I HIGHLY recommend Doug and his sweet blue eyed pup! Thanks Doug .
Douglas fixed my window recently, resealed my camper and put in a new water pump. This guy is the nicest person in the world and does amazing work! I wish I could give more than five stars. For the love of everything holy, skip the big rv shops and just hire this man!
