Israel, I have responded to your emails. I returned your emails Sunday the 5th when you informed me of the missing shoe on the upright that was delivered by UPS on Thursday the 2nd, and your claim has been processed and shipped. Also, I think it is unfair to put any blame on Handy Store Fixtures for the damaged “steel” upright. The damage was caused in transit and had nothing to do with packaging, but mishandling by the carrier. The claim for the damaged upright was received on October 24th and was processed fairly quickly. ... read more
