David is amazing! He helped me with a very difficult flooring repair that needed to be taken care of in a rental of mine and picked up the phone the first time I called him, unlike many of the other local businesses around town. He was courteous, respectful, and gave me the feeling he actually had my best interest in mind when suggesting a repair, vs. just trying to get money out of me.
