Online scheduling was very easy, great communication, and they were available to come within 3 hours of my request. Denis even showed up a little earlier than my appointment window. He fixed the issue and verified the fix with me. Did not try to upsell me anything even though my toilet is old and I know it will most likely need to be replaced soon.
Handy plumbing did a solid install of a Pressure Reducing valve, manual water shutoff valve, and a Moen Water monitor (per insurance requirement). Technician was very friendly and explained what was going to be done. Completed in a little over an hour and I was impressed by the level of work and hardware used. Thank you team.
