Carl came out on Sunday around 5pm, arrived within an hour of my initial call. My car was not starting and having some problems relating to the ignition. He ran a diagnostic scan of my car and essentially corrected/reset some internal computer settings related to the ignition/cranking. This then allowed my car to turn on properly and I haven't had a problem since. If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my rotors off, said they had to be machined, left and never came back. Had me pay him $400 for the job and to go get them machined and he never came back. Has blocked me on everything and owes me my stuff. I don’t even have the vehicle anymore, its been that long. He had talked to me to work it out then completely ghosted me. Don’t use him. Also when he showed up, had no tools of his own, used all mine. He said he went to jail and got out and said he spent my money.

I am incredibly grateful to Carl for his exceptional service when my family and I needed help. On a Saturday evening, despite the perfect weather, Carl dropped everything to assist us.
