They are very nice and respectful. but the craftmanship was poor and the repair to my Mercedes GL 350 engine oil cooler was not done properly. I experienced water leaks, exhaust leaks & boost leaks after spending $2500 to get the car fixed with them. I moved interstate and took it to a Mercedes specialist where I had to pay another $4000 to fix the issues they created. The Merc specialist reported missing bolts, cut bolts, bolts not tight & many missing washers. I tried texting and calling them but there was no answer.
