He was suppose to fix my box vent after some confusion and it didn't get done. I called to ask about it. They were very professional and after some investigation they came by the next day and got it fixed. Would still use again but I might ask to be present while they are there.

What I thought would be a good experience, given other reviews, quickly took a turn. I requested a quote to install a pergola composed of 8 4x4 posts and some metal brackets. The quote came back at over $1100, and when I attempted to inquire why it was so much Matt quickly became very difficult to work with. He assumed I was expecting him to do the work at a loss, which I was not. What I did expect was a reasonable estimate for the work being done.
He did work once for me that was fine. However, the second time contacted him he had to rescheduled several times. Then he made an estimate that I agreed to. But then he was too busy doing work on other projects that he kept putting off the repairs and his agent told me I should just get someone else. It was such a waste of my time.
