EDIT: Ahh yes as you can see below I'm simply dumb and couldn't hear him over the noise of water running and dishes being cleaned. You did not say most of what you claimed. You told me with 100% confidence "I can tell you right now how much this is gonna cost" and then said something like, '11k just for the emergency safety issue and 7 for drywall'.
