We were in process of selling our house when an inspector report found a fairly significant roof leak. Of course 8” of snow didn’t help either. We are pushing to close early and now are faced with this problem. I looked at websites and called Handy Manny. And he actually answered! This was at 7 pm Thursday night. He came to evaluate the roof on Friday. He showed up with his crew at 8 am Saturday. He completed the work, updating me with pictures. This was my first time hiring someone and had a great experience, I have no complaints, He was prompt, clean, did what he said he will do, the job is really good quality work, I hope to work with him in the future.
