I went back and fourth on how to rate Handy Mandy, because ultimately the job got done, but to say I was unimpressed would be a severe understatement. Typically I would fix minor issues like this myself, but I had just moved the previous week and was unable to be there. The black PVC in the top of the first photo had developed a pinhole leak. She is beyond professional, hardest worker I've ever seen, she's on time, doesn't over charge like all her male counter parts, AND she actually cleans up any mess she's made from the job at hand! Sorry guys, you don't know what a broom & rag can do. She's a pleasure to be around, she's helped me hanging cat trees on wall, finding stud, which mite not be a big deal to most but is to me.
