Great service...always helpful.
We recently purchased a complete shower replacement from Handyman and when installing we mistakenly cut the wrong side of one of the shower wall panels. I spoke with Scott, and he ordered me a replacement panel, got it to me quickly, and didn't charge me for the replacement. Very professional team and super understanding!
Bad experience. I was sold the wrong item and they refused to provide me a refund. Scott was rude and epitomizes why I will not shop there ever again. Absolutely would not recommend. Wish I could give zero stars.
