Absolutely great experience with this facility. Always well kept inside and out. Great communication when anything happened and they acted so quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the Pensacola area.
From everything that I have seen so far with this place have been very neat, and tidy. Everything is well lit and secure. I definitely will be recommending this place to anyone needing storage.
I have used Handy Lock Self Storage for the last 18 months, and I am so happy I selected this place. The manager (Barbie) is so friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and secure. Pricing is also very reasonable. Definitely recommend!
Barbie and Gerrck treated me with kindness and respect. Most importantly yall are the most friendly and supportive crew I’ve contacted in this whole area. A week long search and I finally got it right , I felt / feel valued and respected and more so I feel my items and myself are both safe on the property at all times. Need to ask about the restroom code (but other than that one ? Which I didn’t have at the time ) all my concerns were addressed with considerable concern and clarity.
