You won't find a better contractor than Shaun. I have managed 6 homes for individuals with disabilities in Northern Kentucky remotely for years and have easily depended on him to be my eyes and ears on the properties, as well as fit us in same day if an emergency occurred. He is so respectful, professional, and has been a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone!
