For all of you who are reading these nasty reviews, let me just tell you that they are not true. In fact they are written by Tina's son's ex-wife who is obsessed with bad-mouthing the entire West family, but mainly Tina. This is really immature and I hope that all of you will actually talk to people who know Tina and get the real facts from them about this company. And if this company was so bad, then how do they still have all their clients? Think about it.
Had this company clean my house. Very marginal job with dirt and scum left on counters, windows, and shelves. The owner, is notorious for getting on the case of folks who have a problem with her company. She supposedly owns a few cleaning companies in town but I wouldn't use any of them. You pay for what you get and it sure isn't a clean house or good customer service. Sounds like it's time for a newcomer in the field to do good work and provide good service.
