Lewis at Handy Heating replaced our old back boiler with a new combi boiler and did a great job. He worked extremely hard overcoming a few unexpected hurdles along the way, and has delivered us an excellent overall service at a fair price. We were always kept well informed as to progress and Lewis took care to keep things neat and tidy throughout. Would highly recommend Lewis and Handy Heating based on our experience.

I have an old boiler that is covered by British Gas Homecare, they previously attended to 'fix' the boiler but they only temporarily cured the problem. When I called them again I was told they couldn't attend for over two weeks so I could find someone locally and they would pay. Luckily for me, I messages Lewis on a Saturday, he came round and diagnosed the issue on the Monday and fixed it on the Tuesday. He changed the fan and the PCB and all works perfectly now. Thanks again, will definitely recommend you to others.

Lewis did a fantastic job fitting a completely new central heating system into the house we just bought! It didn’t look like an easy job as the house is so old/odd but the results are fantastic, we are really pleased with everything and he tailored the work and materials to our budget for a good price. Removed all old pipework and radiators etc. Can’t thank him enough for the hard work, would highly recommend to anyone and we will be using Handy Heating again for annual services.

We contacted Lewis because of the favourable reviews we found on the Crosspool Facebook page. We weren’t disappointed. We needed a good service on our ten year old boiler and he did a really thorough job - keeping us informed on what he was doing and why, what was needed and what was not. He was reliable in letting us know exactly when he was arriving and overall did a thoroughly competent job.
