I’m sure they don’t need my business as they seem very busy, because it took them two weeks to reply with their hourly rate. Initial contact took two days after my enquiry, which was fine. When they finally got back to me, there was no “sorry for the delay…”etc, it was just “here are the rates, let me know if you want to proceed…” Just my experience trying to get a quote for a very basic job (replacing a small section of floor trim, where I was providing the trim)

There are some people who just turn around your day around and Dan fromHandy Fixers Group did exactly that. Dan was able to fix the issue Efficiently and effectively and was so easy to Communicate with. I highly recommend Handy Fixers Group. Thank you Dan

Charged me $165 to attend site to tell me it was too hard to fix the leaking retic valve they were there to fix. Left gate and retic boxes open as a sweetener. Zero shame.

Worst experience i have ever had with a company. Had to follow up twice for them to come out the first time and then because I didn't follow up on their 2nd attendance which was to fix a mistake they made, and trusted they were just backlogged and would get to me they refused to come out saying the job was complete even though it wasn't. If you use them, just make sure you keep ontop of them because they will just forget you then refuse to return.

Maddy and Clark did a great job of removing all the damaged carpet, and were very neat and tidy at it too! :)
