horrible ...technician was scheduled to be here for an estimate at 10 AM and did not show up..they did not even call me...called owner at 1:20 PM and he hung up on me ..I will not work with people who do business in this manner..the characterization of the communications by the owner is not correct..I will examine my rights and exercise them in an appropriate manner if his post is not removed...His company and their behavior was clearly in the wrong--they did not even bother to call me after their technician did not show up.... read more
