Laney drove a great distance to clean my chimney, and when she arrived, discovered it didn't need cleaning but just an inspection, so she didn't charge as much! She was professional and timely and offered a great service. I couldn't be happier and heartily recommend her.

They seemed very professional at first. But when I make an appointment to have my chimney swept at 3:30 and you never show up or call, That’s a problem. I had to call them to see what was going on and when I did they said oh she’ll be there closer to 5:00. So unprofessional. I would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time to sit around and wait on them to show up.
