Paid $17 for a car wash, it’s soaped my car totally up, then did nothing so I had to go proceed to the manual Car Wash and spend money there to get my car at least rinsed off. I’ve been calling for two weeks now no answer. Would love to get my money back$ After seeing the reviews, I wish I did not go there.
Robbed of 15$ and have a scratch on my truck from the arm that malfunctioned. No answer in the phone. Cant get money back.
Went to the 1st bay -7’ 6” paid for a wash then proceeded to enter the wash bay and it pisssed lil water on my dirty truck then told me to exit. The dryers came on to air dry the mud that i paid to have washed off. So i went to the next bay and paid for the basic wash, called for a refund or a wash, no answer- won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it. Personally if you’re going to be in business at least answer the phone or have voicemail to leave a message for a returned call.
The last few years looked promising with all the new "improvements" The new automatic wash is a joke. Ya better line up just right or it'll rip your mirrors off. The self serve aint no better. The pump in the south bay has been screwed up for months and still in service. Close that bay down!! That's absolute theft!! Once you put your money there is no refund when the equipment doesn't work. If you swipe your card. Its a minimum $3 before it will shut off. Ok so waste $3 and move to a different bay. I have been here a few times it does a good job. Had an issue the other day charged my card didn’t work. But I left a note tucked in the door name number so on. He called back within the hour dropped a check in the mail. Very satisfied with how it was handled
