This company has always had a funny sweet owner running it. The only time I had an issue was when a compactor blew up. However that was a costumers fault for putting stuff in their trash they knew they were not supposed to. When you sign up for service they give you a list of things not to put in the trash bags. Poor service. Seems trucks are always broke down. Not accredited with BBB. Still waiting on refund.

Have used this service for years. I pay yearly. I was planning on calling tomorrow to find out why my trash hasn't been picked up all month. However, the previous post answered it. The communication is what I find lacking. How am I supposed to know what week they're coming? Am I supposed to sit around every Wednesday to see if I can finally take my trash out? Until now they were a solid 5 star, which is why they still get 2.

Incredibly unprofessional company. Constantly having issues with trucks operating and delaying trash pick up. We have now gone a month without pick up and were told we will still be billed because they will eventually have to come pick it all up. No communication is provided when services are delayed unless you contact them but they are quick to leave nasty notes if one bag isn’t tied. They do not take responsibility and are not proactive to resolve issues of operation. Avoid using at all possible.

I've used handy can disposal for many years, the men picking up the trash on my route are really super nice. The only time they don't pick up is when there is ice or deep snow on the county road, cant blame them as I'm not getting out in that kind of weather either. If there is a holiday they always leave me a note letting me know of an early or later day of the week when they will pickup. I have nothing bad to say about them.
