I recently purchased a new 2026 Sierra Elevation from Handy GMC-Buick in St. Albans. The sales staff I worked with were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was made to feel very welcome and was never burdened by the trading / purchasing process. The saleperson I dealt with, Jackie, was particularly helpful and personable. She explained all the features of my new vehicle and even helped set up my phone with the GMC app. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
Mike Laclair was a top notch sales rep. He displayed total respect at all times. He was an active listener who wanted to provide us with a car that was exactly what we were looking for. He at no time attempted to be a “pushy” salesman. I’m looking forward to continuing a positive relationship with Handy Buick.
I got a beautiful truck from this dealer, but the saleswoman was very aggressive about wanting to do my lending and just felt gross to me and my bank manager.. be careful who you give your information to!! if you can keep it at your own bank that’s always best!! just my personal opinion!!
I had a very positive experience at Handy's Buick, GMC, and Cadillac. Very welcoming when you first walk in. Jackie Van Norman from the sales team was great to work with. She wasn't pushy. She actually listen's to what the customer is looking for within their next vechicle. Tyler in finance was also great to work with. I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by the team at Handy's.
Hope and everyone else at Handy was wonderful. They made everything so easy and took great care of me. Very very happy customer!
