I scheduled my second oil change that should’ve been free since I bought the vehicle. I traveled over 45 minutes to still be charged and not told that my mileage was 3000 miles over the limit on the agreement. I was not told us prior to the vehicle being brought in or else I would not agree to it. Instead, I traveled that far out of my way to have dishonest service with no customer satisfaction. I just purchased a used truck at Handy GMC. From the first moment to the last it was a great experience! Very stress free and not pushy at all. Jackie assisted me with the entire process and was very friendly, attentive, and transparent. I would highly recommend Handy GMC for anyone in the GMC market!
