I called HB for a second opinion and learned so much more about what is going on with my furnace. It’s not necessarily good news. My tech and his trainee were both great to work with and exceptionally knowledgable and more than willing to try all they could think of to get things moving - they were here for three hours!!!! How many other companies would do that? Or just tell you keep flipping the breaker?? I was so happy with them I felt confident that I need go no further for my future needs.
My elderly mother furnace died. It was very difficult to find a furnace due to the space and property line. They worked until they found one which was definitely not easy. They helped so much with all issues and treatment mom with so much respect. They look at customers as people not just a sale. I have never had a company go so far above and beyond as they did. So amazing. If you need a furnace try them. You won’t be disappointed.
Huge thank you to Spencer, Bryce and Noah for the amazing service! They installed our new furnace and did such an incredible job—They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Noah handled our duct cleaning and was just as wonderful! He was patient, understanding, and super careful working around our home. Together, they made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’re so grateful for their hard work and positive attitude—thank you both for going the extra mile!
