Fire place was working fine but not connecting to thermostat. Technician with 1 year experience very polite however admitted he had never worked on such an older model. After working on it for almost 3 hours, he said the burner was cracked. I could hear him struggling to try and fix it. Now it’s not working. An estimate of $10,000.00 was done on replacing it! Ridiculous! Not impressed!
Ryan completed my annual furnace inspection and servicing in a courteous and professional manner. All good.
