The staff fixed my bike on a quick turnaround with the total bill being less than the originally quoted price. Very happy with the quality work that was done and will certainly come back.
Handy Bikes has been an awesome company. The guys at this shop diagnosed the problem with my single-speed bike and and helped me pick out a trunk rack and even install it on my car for free after. Everyone 100% was so helpful and friendly all around. Extra shoutout to Tracy! He even gave me an extra two Velcro straps to help me make sure the bike rack tires were extra secure even after I had left. Then he reminded me to come and get them with a text on the phone. THOSE SEEKING WHEELCHAIR HELP, LISTEN UP!! My power assist for my manual chair busted a tire the day before my flight. Service and parts fees are super stressful and unpredictable when visiting a new store, especially on a time crunch, but the staff were quick to respond to my need for an urgent fix, gave an accurate price estimate upfront, handled everything with care, and charged significantly less than what I've experienced at a wheelchair-specific repair shop (replacement inner tube only ~$10, labor only ~$30).
