I am very tall and frame fits have always been a challenge. When I brought my Piolet for service they informed me the bike was too small and the way I had it configured was dangerous. I loved that bike. They did a new build of Surly Disc Trucker for me configured almost exactly like the VO Piolet and did a great job on the build. The mechanics there know what they are doing and care.
The staff at Handy Bikes worked on my bike about six months ago. They fixed my mistakes from assembling a DIY bike that I got online. They were fantastic in checking out everything on the bike so that I could ride with confidence.
We bought two trikes a year ago and brought one back today for a minor adjustment. Both experiences were seamless. Can’t recommend HandyBike highly enough. Larry in service was great — above and beyond!
