Absolute beyond comprehension as to how this business is still operating. Have given multiple after multiple chances. The owner screwed up not once, not twice but four times and a simple ice tray unit replacement. Walking in the lower level of our home unannounced. Purchased a refurbished washer with delivery for over 400.00. Mind you, these are units taken out of homes when newer units are brought in. So no cost for Handy.
