I called the guy Andy to come and give me an estimate. He came and gave me some estimates. I told him I would think about it and get back to him. I called him two days later to hire him. He did not return my calls. I sent him a text message. He completely ignored me for the past couple of months. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but people should know the kind of person they are dealing with. I called this person to get a quote on some work. When he answered he asked where was the home because he noticed my number is a Houston zip code. I proceeded to tell him the street which he was familiar with. He then went on a rant about how he wouldn’t waste his time trying to talk about an “idea”. I told him I wanted to get the home boarded up while I’m working on it to prevent trespassing. Mr. Andy saved the day! We called him and Andy came right away. Andy looked at the issue and offered me options to repair the slow drain in our shower. We took his advice and our shower drain is unclogged. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service nowadays. He could have easily charged me a lot more but he didn’t and was honest and so helpful.
