I called this person to get a quote on some work. When he answered he asked where was the home because he noticed my number is a Houston zip code. I proceeded to tell him the street which he was familiar with. He then went on a rant about how he wouldn’t waste his time trying to talk about an “idea”. Mr. Andy saved the day! We called him and Andy came right away. Andy looked at the issue and offered me options to repair the slow drain in our shower. We took his advice and our shower drain is unclogged. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service nowadays. He could have easily charged me a lot more but he didn’t and was honest and so helpful. Don't expect punctuality for an assessment. And if he doesn't plan to take the job expect him to bolt out of there with no explanation muttering under his breath about somebody else can. Wish i could say something better but that's how it went. Response to company: funny you claim you left due to budgeting when finances were never even discussed.
