A man came out and told me I needed insulation,barrier and solar attic fans 9065 dollars. Showed me pictures and stated we needed all as we had no insulation in attic. He lied. Said government would help and after 18 months I would pay 48 dollars per month with 4.99 percent interest. Next day I called another business and they took pictures and said all I needed was 7 inches of insulation and explained all to me. Don't hire direct energy of florida. 0 stars for these crooks! DO NOT USE THEM, they push the PACE Program and say that you'll get all this money back on your taxes in deductions which i found out the hard way was false. I'm trying to get myself out of this whole! DO NOT GIVE THE FOLK THE TIME OF DAY, they will do anything to get you to sign those papers and then slap a fat lien on your home.
